National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA) is a public-private partnership (PPP) of the Government of Armenia (GoA) and prominent Armenian businessmen (largely from Diaspora) aiming to make the worldwide Armenian community (which includes, but is not limited to Republic of Armenia) stronger and more competitive.
