“UniRESO” Insurance Company held its official opening on 12th of November 2008 and this meant that Armenian insurance market got another strong player. On October 9, 2009 Company was renamed to “RESO”. Company’s main objectives are: Establishment of the first retail company in Armenia that will place emphasis on individual person service Insurance standards development in Armenia Application of the most advanced technologies to reach highest possible mobility and convenience in client service RESO is planning to open its branches in all the regions of Armenia, as well as to establish insurance school and to develop agency network. Company founders are “Polygraphia” CJSC – Gagik Zakaryan, co-owner of “Uniastrum Bank”, “Unibank” and “CIS Equity Partners Limited” – Sergey Sarkisov, owner of “RESO-Garantia” Insurance CJSC. And so RESO is the so called “daughter” of “RESO-Garantia” Insurance CJSC - the most trustworthy insurance company in Russia
