I am skilled sales manager/ customer service manager with more than 6 years in sales and growing positive relationships with the customers and 3,5 years working in multinational company Saint-Gobain. I am excellent in Russian speaking and writing, at an advanced level in English (and still learning English to maintain my skills). I am good at problem and dissatisfaction solving, technical support for the customers and knowledge of how to grow a long-term strong connection with all sorts of customers. I operated with such CRM systems as SAP, Lotus Notes, SalesForce and russian CRM 1C.
Now I am living in Armenia, Yerevan and ready to work with a full time schedule in sales or at production site.
