Formative System Foundation (FSF) fosters IT and Telecommunications sector development in Armenia. Established in September, the Foundation was legally registered in the Republic of Armenia in October 2010. Also in October, FSF founded its first Learning and Evaluation Center at the IT Park – a hub of many High-Tech companies working in Armenia.
