Bilingual in Armenian language. A minimum of 5 years working experience in a Senior Level Management job
position. Must have 5 years or more working with programs that apply to the Intellectual Challenged population. Knowledgeable of Regional
Center regulations that apply to the healthcare industry. Proficient in computer MS software applications, excellent written & verbal
communication skills.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Manage staff (maximum of 25 employees) and manage client cases (maximum of 40 cases). Schedule staff and review staff schedules, weekly
notes, employee timesheets and mileage forms. Develop “skill development” plans and “skill analysis” per client’s needs. Participate in the
development of the individual program plan (IPP), individual educational plan (IEP), client’s quarterly/semi-annual/ annual meetings. Provide
training as outlined in our program curriculum domains and the individual program plan, behavioral plan (if applicable), and other type of plans.
Communicate on a regular basis via e-mail, phone and/or in-person with regional center, residential facilities, and families and other service
providers and agencies as needed. Be responsible for the selection, training, and supervision of assigned staff. Planning, managing, coordinating,
and evaluating assigned staff efforts to achieve the programs objectives and consumer outcomes. Coordinate with the regional center with the
implementation of the consumer’s IPP objectives that applies to the InClusion Services Program. Assess InClusion Services program(s) effectiveness
in achieving the consumer’s IPP objectives and identifying barriers that is preventing the consumer’s success and how those barriers can be
overcome. All other work assignments to meet the company’s goals and objectives of the SLS Department.
