Muzon.am is a project which in fact suggests a new approach toward the struggle against online piracy which, to a great extent, “gets on the nerves” of the local show-business representitives. We have found a win-win situation for all interested parties and the formula in general is the following: We buy the copy rights of the songs of the artists and upload them in the website. Any visitor who wishes to download a particular song for free and legally must first of all watch a short video clip. For every download the artist is paid “at the expense” of the advertiser who in his turn pays for each view of the video clip.
