Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent in iGaming and related industries.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews and technical screenings where applicable.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
- Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as a top employer in the IT, iGaming, and Web3 sectors.
- Engage with potential candidates through social media, career events and networking initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, career fairs and online recruitment events.
- Data-Driven Recruitment & Compliance:
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends and optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS systems and candidate records.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming, blockchain or fintech sectors.
- Familiarity with remote and global hiring trends and ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI-powered recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability to evolving industry trends and hiring challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian languages.
